What is your refund policy for the paperback version?
When we initially created this site we did not offer a book format and therefore did not have a tangible goods return policy. We apologize for the lack of clarity.
If you are unsatisfied with the paperback for any reason, please return the book to us for a refund. Books that meet our returns guidelines and are returned in new condition will receive a full refund. Books that show signs of damage or wear will receive a partial refund.(50% of the purchase price.)
Returns Guidelines:
- You must notify us by E-Mail that you are returning the book.
- The book must be received by us in new condition within Seven (7) Days after notification that the item is being returned.
- We can process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by cake-business.com.
If I request a refund for the ebook or book, do I get to keep my free website?
